My dad was born in 1923 and he grew up on Holmsley Avenue so it's nice to see what would have been so familiar to him. Especially the old mill that he used to play in. I wish his eyesight was better, he'd love this.
Does anyone have any pictures of Langthwaite Grange Farm my grandfather Mr A Anderson used to own the farm before the council put a cpo on it . We only have 1 picture of it in the family.Any help at all email me
It must have been a beautiful place to live back then. Its great to see some of the buildings have survived over time...I had no idea Travellers was so old!
Its a shame people don't appreciate it as much now.
