I'm sure that Lightning is modded just a bit (my estimation is it was a 13 second run) and the driver of the SRT-10 was terrible. But to be honest, the Lightning is a better overall truck that still retains it's towing capability. I have a family member that owns a SRT-10 and it is definitely a bad-ass truck, but I would probably opt for the Lightning based on it being more friendly for mods, can still tow things if necessary and gets better gas mileage.

Everybody is always saying, Well he has an 8.4l whatever and ford doesnt need to use a n 8.4 l to haul ass well you know what at least the 8.4l isn't supercharged, I'll put it like this, Do you honestly need viagra to f*&K ? or are you just naturally born wit it? same sh@#$t with the srt10 and lightning, FORD didn't know how to make any more horspower to their POS so there like hmmmmm. lets just throw a supercharger on there and see what it does, now going by that,a FORD Lightning is a POS

Why do you Dodge people even open your mouths? . . Lightning are fucking BEAST. . . Ford doesn't need to use an 8.4 L to make a fast truck. . . You assholes have the biggest engine of any car sold today. . And STILL talk trash? . . . What a shame. . . Dodge, is underpowered and overpriced. . The two things you DO NOT want in a Super Car/Truck.

@srt10518 totally agree! just raced a lightning a couple days ago in my srt 10, both stock, and it was no contest. i pulled him by a full truck. Stock lightnings are garbage
