I think they removed it from the Japanese version of the game as it is now officially available, but I bet they'll put that Black Phantom into the North American and European version of the game.

I think you might be talking about that uber charged Black Phantom that is supposed to invade the worlds of people who got the game early. He has 99 for every stat so he is completely maxed and has decked out armor and an even better weapon to boot.

@donnyd311 which was a reason not to check the guy out - since i think a lot of people would have liked to see him, they can face him himself when they actually have the game at home, and see for themselves if he is an enemy or not, and if yes, what kind of enemy. =)
