How come my spear skills won't go past 81 it say's i can not increase this stat any more at my current level do i just need to increase my level's a bit higher or is there something special i need to do. . . . .

any help would be much appreciated

your skills cannot be more than 3x your level, your skill can only be max at the minimum of level 34

@breaking4me after you beat this fatass there opens a door to another town, the dragovian sanctuary. there is another boss to beat the crap out, if you do it enough you get the armour and a ring wich gives a second ending

They really have to make a new DQ for the PS3, with the graphical capability and the story line of DQ this would really be a game of the year.

I do hope that they release Dragon Quest: Dai no Daibōken as video game. I've read the magna and it is by far the best story.
