Jennifer Marks RN had the fatigue symptoms and was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome 24 years. This is the second video of her series of seven on Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Today she is answering the question: What are fatigue symptoms.
@mqasim7866 - Really? 'lol. I didn't realise I had left this many comments. I totally forgot about this. Why did I ramble on so much to strangers here? 'lol Not sure what I was hoping to achieve.

As far as I know there is no way of diagnosing CFS but I have many of the symptoms of CFS. How can I possibly find out if I have CFS or if it is one of many other possible causes for my symptoms. I ache all over all the time, especially my neck, head, legs. I have almost zero energy all of the time but it does get better towards late evening time sometimes.

. I have almost zero energy all of the time but it does get better towards late evening time sometimes. I have a weird painful problem with my shoulder for 7 years that has become progressively worse and have been taking Dihydrocodeine and tried numerous other meds for it but all of them were intollerable to me. e.g - Lyrica, Gabapentin, Sertraline/aka/zoloft, Amitryptiline, Nortrypitiline, Effexor etc..

... The dihydrocodeine and Amitryptiline I took for about 6 years with no problems then in the last year and a half I have become almost alergic to them. Why would that be? They worked well for years, but now I can't take them without getting breathing difficulties and head muscle spasms causing me to flip my head back like a crazy person to relieve the pressure for a second.

. I've tried other meds to replace them but they do the same thing pretty much and now I also have an ultra sensitive lower intestine that actually burns/stings, spasms and makes me feel like crap so badly. I also can't sleep through the night no matter how tired I am, I keep waking up every hour with neck and joint aches and then finally wake up for good at about 6 am with my neck and joints aching so much that I can't get back to sleep

. So I'm not getting proper recuperating sleep. All this has led to bad depression and major anxiety, especially when it comes to going out in public. All I want to do is sleep. So my question is..... If I can't take any meds to reduce these symptoms, what the hell do I do? And family and friends don't have a clue what I go through every day. They think I'm just exaggerating.
