Tom was at his best here as lead singer. He is my least favorite of their vocalists in history, but deserved to be there. Steve Grove is on top of it here as well on tenor sax.....Richard Elliot, Steve Grove and of course, Lenny Pickett were the best they have ever had. Tom Politzer (current lead tenor) is good, but lacks the "fat" sound of other players.....just my 2 cents....
