  • pity so few know the truth go vegan go

  • 'vegan' means no animal products at all, no milk,no eggs-your cheese is from milk anyway. but it's a good effort..try harder! make the change and save the world! i suggest eating tofu or soy protein for protein in your diet, so it's more balanced

  • I went vegan a couple of months ago. Its not bad - lots of veggies, cheese, eggs. And, sweets are allowed! I admit though to eating chicken on Thanksgiving and I still feel badly about it!

    I also cut out wood and plastic products around the house. We now use cloth napkins and towels etc.
