hey,sorry its been so long since i've posted, i really apoligize. i've been dealing with a death of someone i cared about a lot so that was kinda occupying me... but anyways here's the next chapter

The lights flicked off again, then turned back on once again. She quickly noticed that the wetness she was sitting in was a puddle of blood. so much for not stressing.. she was confused of where the blood was coming from, she thought she might have cut herself by accident. The lights flicked back on again as she slowly looked to the side of her. The lights flicked off again.. Then flicked back on. Something was on the ground next to her, she went closer to it waiting for the lights to flick back on. The pitch black soon turned into light as she looked down to notice what was on the ground next to her. Covered in blood was a little girl, that little girl was her sister.
Alex screamed in terror and tears rolled down her face in seconds. Her sister was the only thing left of her family, and she had just lost her.
Alex: GET ME OUT OF HERE HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLP AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH she yelled at the top of her lungs with the sound of crying.
She grabbed her sister and held her wet bloody body in the dark.
{back with nick}
Nick: ALEXXXXXXX ALLLEXXX WHERE ARE YOU!!!
Nick picked up his cell phone and called joe.
Joe: hello?
Nick: hey, did you find her?
Joe: nope cant find her anywhere Ive check all the grocery stores.
Nick: urrrrgh what if shes seriously hurt joe.
Joe: nick, try to stay calm shes a tough girl Im sure shes fine.
Nick: I dont know this is weirding me out joe.
Joe: Im gonna check the next grocery store I can find, call me if you find her
Nick began to walk down the street to her house.
He walked up her driveway and up the stairs leading to the front door, as he knocked three times.
Alexs step mother soon walked up to the door.
Mother: Nicholas, may I help you?
Nick: hey Mrs. Henderson, is alex home?
Mother: Alex, Im pretty sure you stole her from me.
Nick looked at her with no expression on his face as he soon nodded taking her hate.
Nick: seriously, where is she?
Mother: I havent had a clue, youre suppose to be the one watching her now that youve gotten her pregnant now.
Nick was now pretty much feeling like shit.
Mother: so you have sex with my daughter, ruin her life, now here you are knocking on my door telling me shes missing? she said yelling slightly.
Nick just stood there feeling guilty as ever.
Nick: listen, I know everythings my fault right now, and I know you dont like me that much, but can you at least tell me if shes stopped by here.
Alexs mother laughed.
Mother: damn straight I dont like you that much, son I hate you and I always will, and if your accusing me for losing alex then youve got one twisted mind.
Nick: youre right, im sorry to bug you. Have a nice night. he said as he turned around to leave before he did something hed regret.
Alexs mother flashed an evil smile while slowly shutting the door. Her plan was turning out to be quite successful.
Nick began to walk down the steps and through the driveway and continued to walk down the street wondering where to look for her now.

Amanda: ALEX she screamed.
Amanda began to get tired of walking around. She soon spotted a bench by the park and sat on it and began to think of where else she couldve been.
Amanda got up from the bench and walked down back on to the street slowly, Amanda was now still thinking about the places Alex would go, while she walked down the dark road.
It soon hit her. She thought about Alexs old house. Five seconds later she booked it down the street to Alexs old house.
Amanda bolted up the driveway and straight to the door, she turned the knob to push open the door, after about 6 seconds of trying she noticed that the door was locked. She pulled away from the door and sighed.
Amanda soon took out her cell and dialed nicks digits.

Nick: hello?
Amanda: NICK! Hey! Any word on alex?
Nick: NO YOU!
Amanda: urgh, no.
Nick: where are you now?
Amanda: at her old house, urgh I cant believe I even thought shed be here. Stupid move.
Nick: shes not there?
Amanda: nope, the doors locked theres no way shed get in.
Nick: yeah, no ones been there since shes moved out, plus her mom and dad, I couldnt imagine her going there.
Amanda: yeah where else should I look?
Nick: uh, why dont you try down town, she loves ice cream?
Amanda: yeah she said walking slowly down the steps to the driveway.
HELP GET ME OUT OF HERE PLEASEEE! a mumbled voice echoed the house.
Amanda; woah wait
Nick: what?
Amanda: I think shes
Nick: shes what shes WHAT!
Amanda: Ill call you back
Nick: Amanda! AMANDA DONT HANG UP ON ME AMANDA WHO- he got cut off.
Amanda flipped her phone down as she rushed back to the door pulling the handle trying to open the door.
Amanda: shit. Open up open up!- she grunted.
