The transcoder tends to do that if there is a huge difference between audio and video quality. Get a freeware program called any video converter free and output to flash format 320x240 30 frames per second 256 video bit rate and 64 or 96 audio bit rate and youtube will not reconvert your video and it will even play in stereo if your original vid is in stereo.

oh, I might go do Vimeo or w/e, youtube messed with my audio to video sync so when I play guitar it doesn't look like im playing it
