For the combinations "poori with paanakam". Paanakam is the Mango juice. I make the poori , and for the paanakam Take the mango pulp(available in any super marke / indian stores) , add some milk, crushed ice and sugar and blend it in a mixie. Make it a little thick . and have fun with poori..

The biggest difference between vah chef and others is, when you follow his procedure, the dish turns out to be exactly as he does including looks and texture, The best chef ever. You are an instpiration every one who has interest in kitchen and cooking. Especially when he eats the preparation at the end, I envy him and mouth waters profusely always.

@spamom715 - Warning! he forgot salt. So make sure you add that.
He did not make crazy, funny sounds after tasting this curry. Apparently because he forgot to put salt in. :)
