I love how the majority of Boone related videos include the banjo and similar sounding music. As a 24 year native I'm afraid that Boone lacks the backwoods luster that some like to attribute to it.

Yeah, Boone is not a "village". It is, comparatively, quite a large town. But it is a wonderful place to live, even with all the tourists :)

Where is Terry Blair from? She's not from Watauga County, that's for sure! Especially when she says "Because part of the corn of the house is THEY-ER." Sounds like New Jersey or New york. Still I love the pan shots of the decor
