I really hope there's someone watching this who knows of any means to help this problem. I recently witnessed her actually having an attack and it's heart-wrenching to see what she has to go through to simply breathe. Good luck baby, I love you.

@yengan123 Hey I'm no specialist but I had a work colleague who had this problem, he told me that it had something to do with stomach acids coming up through the sarcophigus. Do you have meals late on in the night? Do you have Read meats? he had to see a specialist which help him calm this burning feeling coming up the middle of his chest and sometimes leaves a after taste in his mouth.. he was told to change his diet of meat (less of it) and eat on time at meal times.. hope this helps...

hyperactive stomach, hiatal hernia, muscle spasms. Miserable , I know I have these symptoms and more. god bless you.
Hi! Im not sure whether I have a breathing problem or not but here's what happens: Like if I stay in a air-condition room for too long, I would like cant breath easily. Then I would start shivering and gasping for air like those with asthma you know? It would also happen when I receive a shock. I can't breathe! I need about 30-60 mins to recover. My heart beats slower than usual! My mother doesnt know about this. Help!

@yengan123 I think you should tell your mother about the problems you're having. They might not be related to the problems I have, but they may be able to be treated or the doctor can at least try to figure out what you have so they can figure out how to help you. Telling your mother and getting advice from a doctor would be the first steps in finding out what you have, and finding out how to make things easier for you. :)

Stuart695 1 year ago
@Stuart695 I know how that feels. There is an over the counter medicine called symethicone that tends to help me with bloating. It comes in a teal bottle and is a gas relief medicine. They sell it at your average drug stores. It says to take 2 tablets, but you can take more. I take 4 usually and that seems to help a bit. :)

Eat your meals a little more separated and not huge meals. Instead of eating 3 big meals a day eat like 4 or 5 smaller meal portions but still eat good. If you eat less at a time and more spread apart the gas in your chest/stomach will be a little less and easier to breathe and function. It has helped me a little bit and I hope it helps you too :)
