Simply awesome! True craftsmanship.

@MissoulaRC - Thank you very much. You should be able to keep it around 9lbs it you don't get too carried away, but 10lbs is pretty typical. Take it easy on the filler...I used a whole lot more than normal in order to get the "perfect" shape. Do I sell fuselages: I've got some to make for a troop of boyscouts, but I don't normally sell them. Maybe one day, but I've got the future of our hobby to inspire first. Many, many thanks for the kinds words though, and keep me posted on the build.

VERY nice! I just got my P-40E yesterday and plan on trying a bit of scale on it. What is the flying weight of the plane with the fiberglass over the wood as you have do here for the mould? I would like to do the panel lines and rivets as well like you have. Great job! Do you sell the fuse from your mould?

TOP SECRET Step 1 - finish flat and to a paint ready state Step 2 - cover entire structure in fibreglass Step 3 - step 1 Step 4 - mark out panel lines Step 5 - mask off panels one at time Step 6 - brush finishing resin around inside perimeter of each panel Step 7 - let resin set up Step 8 - blend Step 9 - repeat steps 5 - 7 for each panel Step 10 - select wire of correct diameter for scale of each type of raised rivet - dip end in finishing resin and apply - let cure and sand tops flat Good Luck
