Tony is still "living" at the tiger truck stop in Louisiana, it's very important that we the public keep the pressure on the government agency which decides the fate of Tony.

I believe in animal rights very dearly, but I'm very much unconvinced by this video. Tony's enclosure is much larger than they depict here, with the majority being a grassy area, not concrete. Also our concern should be of animal welfare, not whether the owners are making money selling t-shirts, which let's be honest, Tony has no comprehension of. While I certainly believe in the animal welfare cause, I am not sold by this case and feel like I've watched biased propaganda.

Your comment shows you do care about the care; for that I applaud you. Tony is very rarely in the grassy area. He hears the noise of big trucks, and breathes the fumes 24/7. Have you seen the videos of people teasing him all hours of the day and night?

I used to be a long haul truckdriver and have been to this truck stop & seen Tony. I LOVE THE BIG CATS, am aware of what "Big Cat Rescue" does (got it on my fb page) but, I am torn between what's best for Tony and the owner of this beautiful cat being able to retain what he owns!! I also know how diesel fumes can may harm him...has a vet ever confirmed that he is currently in danger or unhealthy due to the fumes in the air? Please, just do what's best for Tony...he's the MAIN FOCUS RIGHT NOW!!!!

Some people just dont get it, these animals are WILD animals, I applaud this person too, they do care, but I feel they lack the understanding of the fact that the cat shouldnt be there in the first place, tigers are not a native north american animal, and regardless of its living situation good or bad, the tiger simply doesnt belong here...PERIOD!!!!

I cant believe this, OUTRAGE!!!!...I'm a bow hunter (I only hunt prey animals) ....I dont hunt apex predators or other animals on top of the food chain (including humans), but in the case of ignorant greedy big cat owners I think I could make an acception.

I'm sorry but whenever I see someone refer to a living being as property it makes me cringe. I know you didn't use that word exactly, but you referred to it by characterizing Tony as an inanimate object.

If you feel torn just think of what Tony would say if he could speak. Ask him if he likes being stuck there, bored, being constantly teased and never breathing fresh air. It's no fun for him and gives people a very wrong impression of how exotic animals should be treated.

I used to be a long haul truck driver and have been to this truck stop and seen Tony!! I LOVE the big cats and I'M torn...I understand about the truck fumes and the health risks for this beautiful animal...does he currently have health issues that being in that cage is only aggravating? This truck stop OWNS Tony, they do have rights...but, so does Tony, to live a happy, healthy & full life, NOT cooped in a cage breathing the fumes from big trucks!! Just do what's best for him...

What the hell is wrong with you?! How would you feel in the same situation? Its idiots like you who are keeping this poor magnificent animal in a hell hole. Clearly you have no compassion whatever for other living beings & that's sad.
