how long is a highly tuned (twin turbo maybe) engine expected to last?

Depending on how you drive it, I would say you would be EXTREMELY lucky to reach 30,000 miles

holy shit seriously? no matter the boost that its running?

In my case I feel like 30,000 would be crazy to hit on a built setup. I am hard on the car I drove it for what I built it for, to have fun.
Others MAY go 30K on a built motor I dont think I ever will. I have 3100 miles on the new motor now, its almost dead!
j/k Hopefully not...

with all that horsepower and running it like crazy, especially that co-worker clip, does the engine ever seem to have problems or had to replace or rebuild anything? kinda heard these cars have bullet proof engines... are they that consistent?

This video was my first built motor. It lasted 9000 freaking miles. The co-worker clip is a new motor and makes 605whp @ 13psi, compared to 525whp @ 13psi in this video. I changed cams, engine management and tuners. No engine is bulletproof, especially when you have somebody that actually drives the car for what it was built for.
