@PROCESSOR302 I only buy my fish oil from the fridge supplement section, they have glass bottles of it always staying really ice cold. I want to try hemp oil soon :)

@PROCESSOR302 Thanks for the info! My dad died of prostate cancer, so I don't want to do anything to encourage it! I don't use flax seed oil now anyway, but it is good to know to avoid it totally in the future! I do have some flax seed for baking, but I think now I will get rid of that too!

@joel10000a You can google flaxseed oil and prostate cancer or go to pubmed (NIH) and do a lit search. Apparently, men should eat whole flaxceed and not consume flaxseed oil.

@SpaceWalkTraveller Flaxseed oil also goes rancid quickly and there is evidence that flaxseed oil contributes to prostate cancer!
