Create a ringtone for iPhone using iTunes, Free

To create a ring tone for your iPhone using itunes, you must have a unprotected song.


Some people were wondering how to edit file types/extensions, to do so make sure to follow these steps.

1. Open a folder, like "My Computer"
2. Under the drop down menus, click "Tools"
2. Click on the "Folder Options"
3. Click "View" tab
4. Make sure that "Hide extensions for known file types" isn't checked, when its done, click ok or save.

You should be able to edit the extension type now.

GREAT "how to" I didn't have a ringtone tab so I just bought 1 song for 99cents and made a ringtone out if it the apple itunes way (another 99cents). That created the ringtone tab for me and now I just follow this vid and make them for FREE!!!!!
