Excellent presentation from the Diva Dee Dee Bridgewater at the 1996 edition of the Puerto Rico Heineken Jazzfest. This performance was not included in the CD recording. From my personal collection. Enjoy...

  • This is an absolute classic. This transcends the decades - anyone who was alive back in the 1960's knows and must love this.

  • Maravilhoso e muito parecido com a nossa Bossa Nova

  • like water love love love this!

  • magnifica esibizione

  • Dee Dee is a marvellous singer, and beautiful too!

  • A GREATISSIME performance !

That vid makes me feel like ... a million bucks !

  • I love Dee Dee because she is HERSELF!!! I have met her twice, she is a fantastic singer, a superb performer and a wonderful person who thinks nothing of coming of stage to say "Hey sister, how you doin'? I remember you from my last show!"...('in Japan,.that's where I live). When she asked for requests I yelled "Do a Blues!"! She went right into a Blues with her signature scat which I Love!! This is one super-Diva I will love forever!!!

  • One of my favorite clips of Dee Dee. Along with being a jazz ,blues and bossa nova aficionado for many years, here Dee Dee does a fine job with Horace Silver's composition.
