I live up north and we see these birds during the winter for some reason?

We have a currrawong in our back yard. He steals the babies other birds' nest and feeds them to his own. If i had a gun I would shoot him.

@ 0111001101100001 Yes, they are meat eaters - I chase them away because I feed hundreds of wild finches and I don't want them to be an easy meal! Likewise the magpies and butcher birds.

Hi, siberiantiger2354, I live on the Gold Coast of Australia, about 75km from Brisbane. My home is about 15k, inland from the beach on the foothills of Mount Springbrook and surrounded by native and introduced trees so the wildlife love it here.

The currawongs were singing again yesterday and this morning to let us know that rain was coming - they were right too! Its just on dark and it is pouring down!

Thank you for your comment, it is amazing how the beautiful birds cannot sing but the less attractive have that musical magic!
