Nice vanilla chocolate souflee..I thought she had added the chocolate in ther but she waits till the end..it was vanila bean paste..nice work chef

She said,butter ramkins,coating with sugar,beat egg whts. till inflated,add 2Tbsp.sugar continue beating,add vanillabean paste,fill ramkins, tap down.place in 500*f oven 10mins.
