andizzle555 I'm 5 10 and I am able to reverse 180 dunks. Truthfully, anyone can do it, just follow the right training program. I used the program at 50 inch vertical (dot) com but any program could be followed if you know they generate results

andizzle555 I mean if I, coreyjimen21 am able to dunk, then anybody can. I m only five nine no lie! Simply don t be lazy and follow a training program like the one at 50 inch vertical (dot) com, it ll increase your leaping ability and your first step in basketball.

andizzle555, This is why I watch basketball, along with all the ankle breakers. If you can't dunk yet, you GOTTA start practicing. I highly advise you to try the program I'm using - ( 50 inch vertical(dot)com ) - I m 5 7 and I can dunk!
