Most felons are felons for possesing marijuana or other non violent crimes . I agree with Kinky when he said if a crime is not violent , offenders who have served their time should still be able to own a a gun . Why if you get caught growing pot at 18 can you not own a hunting rifle 20 years later ? A stupid law .
