Runescape - Free fullscreen (No-ad, menu)

What you need :
Firefox ( http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/ )
Adblock (Firefox add-on : https://addons.mozilla.org/cs/firefox/addon/adblock-plus/ )
EditCSS (Frefox add-on : https://addons.mozilla.org/cs/firefox/addon/editcss/ )

Steps :
1. Block frame and copy url
2. Paste url and go to that location
3. Use EditCSS and delete all from "#gameframe"
4. Go to menu "Display" and click "Full Screen" or F11
