I've rather seen him as a composer more than a pianist, even though he plays his music in incredible depth. He never gets aged inside seems... :)

Hai! Finally I've been waiting for this moment in my life: Sakamoto san speaking in english XD Though his japanese is outstanding, which makes me a tad bit jealous *tears*, it's pleasing for me to hear him talking in English. And no homo but his voice is amazing o.O Next to his piano and keyboard skills, I guess that's what makes his music unbelievably addicting to listen to. Ryu, continue to make masterpieces so that u can continue to satisfy our cravings 4 ur music & impress us fans and Jobin!
