so making a copyright james bond video is okay but an mp3 is bad? Do you know the copyright policy of making a fan film by any chance that is bond related? Thank you.

According to copyright law both is forbidden without permission.

Fan made films like this and all hundred others seams to be ok with the companies as long as they arent distributed and spread.

That is my assessment though.

I am not able to post a mp3 link as it looks right now.

While allowing this small breach of copyright, spreading it as mp3 i think would be looked harsher on.

I used Photoshop/Premiere/Aftereffect­s for this.

Each single frame is exported and processed in photoshop and then reinported in aftereffects.
