Music: "Out In The Cold" by George Howard (J flavor)
This is a WeatherSTAR 4000 emulator video I recorded to show my local weather conditions from Westchester County Airport in White Plains, New York on January 21, 2008 at 2:05 AM Eastern Standard Time.
This is usually the coldest week of the calendar year. It may not had been as cold as the Upper Midwest and Great Lakes regions of the United States, but it was still cold here nonetheless. A large area of Arctic high pressure settled into the northeastern part of the country the previous night and very cold temperatures was in the forecast during this overnight period and the hours that followed. Overnight lows were to be in the single digits and lower teens while it was expected to be in the mid to upper 20s during the day.
*The combined music and narration used is the only one I had access to, but this particular song was used as part of a "J flavor" local forecast segment on The Weather Channel when the WeatherSTAR 4000 was in operation. The narrator heard here in this emulator video clip is Dan Chandler.
This video was created for personal entertainment use only (meaning not for any commercial broadcast that would violate copyright law). Downloading and reposting this video on YouTube or any other video sharing web site is not permitted. All images (except for the regional radar map itself) are emulated in appearance to resemble graphically what the local forecast segments looked like on The Weather Channel during primarily the 1990s.
The late, great George Howard . . . thanks for posting with Dan Chandler's narration. :)

This is I believe the second time I've seen a pointless comment posted on one of my videos. What in God's name are you talking about? Please explain. Thank you.
