you could always just create a mixer , and route each drum output from the redrum to an eq or filter, compressor, and distortion chain, then route to exclusive channels on the mixer, then combine all of them and save it as a preset ;-) Then you can have extreme control over dynamics and spectrum for each drum sample and only take up 1 stereo channel on the master mix. the concept is the same as sirflex10, realmusicgenius and darkprdoucer

I enjoyed the video. I will check the other videos for the drum rolls. In the meantime, for your Redrum, what was your tempo and what was your kick and snare patterns? I had been trying to make down south beats forever, but I could not get the Redrum to work right.

Most advanced producers like to have two mixers, because one will be used exclusively for the drums. That way you have more control over the sound of each drum sample.

I don't know for him but for me i use three mixers one for the drums the other for the instruments and another to mix the drum and instruments for mastering.
