Dirt 2 Demo running on an HP DM1-3025dx notebook featuring the AMD E-350 APU (Accelerated Processing Unit). 1.6GHz dual-core CPU + Radeon HD 6310 GPU. Please note, if the screen looks washed out, it's because of the angle of the screen relative to the camera. I assure you, the game looks and plays great!

  • Anyone know all of the Bios Keys?

I would just like to see the settings I cam play with, and I keep finding more and different bios screens.

  • @spencezula : I don't know what Bios Keys means but I did upgrade the BIOS from the HP website to the current release. In the game, I lowered all the graphics settings until I was able to get ~30fps.

  • many sources say they have no problem playing 1080p videos on this laptop. Im testing it out right now and there is no way this laptop can play 1080p.

  • @Fr6 I just watched "adrenaline rush hd demo 1080p" by Xandr1m on YouTube using both FF4 and IE9. Initial playback of 1080p was stuttered but after a couple of seconds the playback smoothed out. 1080p works for me!

  • yes, this is the model currently at Best Buy.

  • running this game is proof enough that this computer is powerful enough for more than just "everyday" tasks.

I already had it on a usb thumbdrive (but you can download it from a number of websites online).

  • i had hp dm1 for about 3 weeks and i looooovveee this little monster... :D

  • The new one is out ppl just saying the fist one was great its a super mini beast..

  • @amdphx I'm very happy with mine, I just got AMD fusion (for desktops) installed on it, it did a great job of closing unneeded windows programs when entering gaming mode. Made a big difference.

I also installed 8GB of ram for like $84. That's why I was looking for Bios keys, hopefully to find one where I can change allocated video memory...

    Love this little computer.

  • Amazing, thank you!

  • @Fr6 I have an E350 machine in the office. Just need to tweak it. It runs great. I was even able to play RE5 on mine. Try AMD Fusion Utility.

  • 720p movies played with no problems after the system update
