Muller Martini Pantera Perfect Binder

Muller Martini Perfect Binder Pantera: Introduced at Ipex in 2006, the Pantera perfect binder is the successor to the Tigra, Panda, RB5, and Pony binding lines. It has a maximum speed of 4000 cph and has a variety of features that make it the most efficient and flexible binder in its class. The machine shown here is a Pantera AMRYS (automatic make ready system) and was displayed proudly at Drupa 08. It was installed complete with a 1571 gathering line and an inline 3 knife trimmer, the Esprit. The Pantera can run PUR adhesive as well as any conventional EVA hotmelt adhesive. The Pantera has a second spine preparation station to allow for the different glue options and it helps to generate a perfectly square spine. The Pantera can be ordered with a drum cover feeder for increased flexibility to assist with high efficiency cover feeding and processing of gate folded covers. Optionally, you can order a crash feeder (mull station). There are over 150 Pantera lines installed worldwide.
