I HATE my neighbors too, they are so annoying this girl who is like 20 loves justin bieber and plays all of his songs on her stereo blasted loud on her speaker and she keeps dancing and jumping and haves parties but seriously its for in the morning and she's having a partay!

hahaha . Its good you vent . Just one thing when you move to Los Angeles try and find a spot close to the beach. Long beach has a good area along second street around bixby park all the way down to where 2nd street becomes that dinner and shop area and the rent is pretty reasonable. One bedroom is like 800.00 + ish
