I find the album "To Whom It May Consern" is a bit underrated. It was a brilliant record. Especially this precious ballad.

@jeromefreymond Agreed. This version of "I Can Bring Love" is from Barry's solo album "The Kid's No Good" from 1970, however.

Yeah it mostly likely was written in OPEN D and this is a great song.

Yeah...even though it was in the open-tuned key of E on the final version, it appears that the original demo must've written in Open D, and unscrupulously sped up by whomever assembled the bootleg on which this was included.
