Well... I think you've fairly accurately demonstrated the response a typical uneducated Christian would give you, which is unfortunate. But if you think these are actual objections to the Bible that would hold up under scholarly scrutiny, you have a pretty abysmal understanding of the role of "covenant" in the Bible; of ritual cleanliness/purity; and the significance of Leviticus' intended audience.
