Favorite hop? Probably Cascade or Centennial, because they are so versatile. But maybe Citra... it always seems to add an incredible amount of fruitiness.
I'm loving Williamette but then I am brewing alot of english darker beers.

Put the water in first dude. Less dough balls and you'll find you can more accurately achieve your desired mash temp. Otherwise great video :)
