Not all of TARP has been paid back, FAIL. The banks have used futher "gimmie gifts" from the FEDs discount windom and other primary dealer bunk in the billions and trillions to pay back what little of TARP was given. There is TALF, CPFF, TSLF and more that have not been repaid as the banks have unloaded billions more and in some cases trillions onto the governments balance sheet, which is worthless and noone else would pay pennies for. Your brain dead.

If you actually think that the HBO representation of Paulsen and Geithner (portrayed as deeply troubled over the financial collapse and overly concerned with the fallout on middle America) is accurate then you ought to dig deeper in finding the truth. Read the original three page request by Paulsen for $700 Billion. Who's interests do you think he and the admin was protecting?
