The reason Obama won the case ( Malihi ruled in his favor even though Obama didnt show) was because Nathan Deal agreed to have it dropped and the government would give the state three billion dollars. The state of Georgia was paid off to rule in Obama's favor.

The conditions are:
1) Born to parents who are US Citizens
2) Born under US Jurisdiction
Obama cannot meet the first criteria and pays lawyers to prevent verification of the second.

Judge Malihi made it clear he would not give weight to the evidence presented because he deemed those presenting it were not 'experts'.
He also gave Obama a pass for refusing to appear under subpoena.
In other words, he's just another Judge doing Obama favors to prevent Obama's eligibility from being legally verified.
McCain's eligibility as a Natural Born Citizen was verified in Senate Resolution 511 because he met the conditions: Born to US Citizens under US Jurisdiction. Obama cannot.
