Scraping in a Myford MG12-M cylindical grinder / part 4

This is part 4 of my scraping-the-Myford-series.
It's about the table being scraped in, with the bed of the videos part #1 and #2 as a master.
I'll show you two pitfalls to avoid when you are doing similar work.
This video isn't as noisy as the ones with the BIAX running. :-)

I think I have shown that in part1. With a straight edge, measure the wear in the bed. Then decide wether that is too much scraping for you. 0.1 mm isn't too terrible.

How can you tell if the machine bed can be brought back to limits just by scraping?

How do you determine if it needs regrinding first, then scraping?
