Do you think kids at school should carry guns too?
-
Thank you brother! I am so glad to have found your channel. Keep up the good work!

@PatriotsRepublic The main point I'm trying to make is that I don't think most people are responsible enough to carry a firearm and the responsibility that comes with it thus they shouldn't regardless of the economic system or the stability of the social structure.
I do think everyone should be allowed to have them in their homes from protection though but out in public I'd rather see people who are trained to use them (police and security for instance) wield that responsibility and power.

@PatriotsRepublic Sure when the social fabric deteriorates it's every man for himself and if you don't have a gun then you're basically dead meat.
Though this is not the case, what is, is that a man went on a single rampage and killed more people on a killing spree than ever before and the odds of that happening again anytime soon are rather low.
So yes it would have helped in that situation but in many many other situations the access to a firearm could lead to a bigger tragedy than necessary.

@BrownSugar2050 Really? Xenophobic? I'm pretty sure Patriot'sRepublic neither hates, nor is afraid of foreigners. I'm pretty sure he's also not "anti-immigration" but rather "anti-illegal alien", illegal aliens pay no tax and are illegally hired off the record for far less than minimum wage. I also don't believe I've ever heard him say anything "antimuslim" either. PatriotsRepublic from what I've seen and heard from him is a peace loving, freedom loving individual.

When I was going through my Carry class, I think the sheriff that was leading the class said that there were currently about 80,000 carry permit holders in Minnesota. Carry permit holder involved shootings were 2, both were justified homicides. This idea that if you let people legally carry guns is going to cause a bloodbath is just so far from the truth.

@mutexnet @mutexnet its just like the drug laws, they get your drugs and guns for you, or you cant have them.
robert taylor homes used to have anti aircraft guns on the roof, the gangs and theiving politicians all got their start in Chicago. its a haven for mischief, dimented dilusional, low level criminals who have fantasies of being as big as NY. The rotten apple will always be the crownjewel of disease and sick society, both these cities need to be nuked.
I'm kinda on the fence as far as deciding whether to agree or not so I need one thing clarified.
Are you suggesting the teenagers that were the attendees should have carried firearms or are you suggesting there be officers or some kinda security that has firearms at such events as they make good targets for people like the perpetrator?
I live in Norway myself and we're far down on the statistics concerning murders with firearms and allowing the public to carry weapons would change just that.

@Daffmeister187 Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland have had a unique set of circumstances that have allowed them to ignore economic truisms and hide them behind this false wall of unsustainable socialism. They exist because the market that supports them does not exist in their countries. They've had an almost utopian existence because they can pretend their systems work while their businesses sell products into far freer markets than exist in their own borders. When that ends.. chaos and death.

@Daffmeister187 If you had at least allowed adults to conceal carry, or open carry for that matter, much of the slaughter could have been averted. Mad men will always pop up where you least expect it... and the thin veneer of civilization that masks the truth about people only exists in Norway because you can pay for it. What happens when the economies that are really supporting your socialism collapse? Do you think that once all the social programs go away in Norway that life will be idyllic?

Norway is still a safer country compared to a country like Iraq or Afghanistan where everyone has a gun.
You right wing white extremists who are against gun control should look at at the statistics about how safe Norway really is.

@BrownSugar2050 You have a serious flaw in your argument.... because unlike Afghanistan and Iraq.... there isn't a current and ongoing war in Norway. Statistics mean nothing when they are using flawed data.
