The story of the kidnapping and murder of Denise Amber Lee. A young wife and mother who was abducted from her home in North Port, Florida by a complete stranger, who we now all know as Michael Lee King.
I feel sorry for Rick, Denise's dad. 25 years of being on the force and his own superior let him down. Don't get me wrong, the police did all they could. I have a problem with that other Sheriff dude.
Watched all of the clips just a few hours ago in my Victimology class. No doubt everyone felt bad for Denise but what was really upsetting was the Sheriff or whatever he was. He totally didn't take any accountability for anything. Even his mannerism was disrespectful. He referred to as 'that girl' and was aggressive. He doubted that they could've found Denise. All of that man power, the media coverage, etc. and - nothing!
I can't believe she actually asked him out! At first, she must have been desperate for a man. But, in the end she had a good guy for her partner, I guess. Listen to what he's saying here4:45 u can't save money if The Air is on & the windows r opened
And living in the suburbs doesn't necessary guaranteed safety either. You have to be very caution of your surroundings too, because criminals travel afar in rural areas where there are less police patrol & hardly anyone around to witness anything.
(contuied from another post), this guy was watching my mom, until he decided to strike, he hearded my mom, two workers, and the owner of the local resturant, down-stairs into the basement of the resturant, and while they were in the basement, the guy got some money, until he came back down the basement, and grabbed my mom, and left, when the owner of the resturant and the two workers came out, they was suprised that my mom was gone.
thats y i never want to leave my little sister or mom home alone...my mom have a habit of siting out side and leaving door lock that ticks me off. especially all these new faces moving in my neighborhood and mostly their rednecks nothing against rednecks but i have hard time trusting them..

I went to school with this girl. Although I wasn't friends with her. She did sit behind me in math class. Gives me chills when I think about it.
