A real situation (not hypothetical) that occurs to get in the way of this philosophy lies in the complexity of structures of harm to others. It would be extremely difficult to allow for not only the most basic need of Maslow's hierarchy of needs (physiological) but as the needs increase, allowing also for those more abstract ones (self esteem, self actualization) ... good video though.
