OK I've figured out how to change models.

(its fun...=D )

But when I do the dragon, I start the game, and when I turn off third person so I can see the character, The dragon is so big I can only see the but!

and when I run around with it, it floats....how do I make it smaller and so that when I run it doesn't float?

And can I make it so you can fly?

i have a question how can u add more than to models it will only let me add 2 can i change names some how?so i can add more and they all work.
