im new user of this kind of thing , I have a "Flash drive USB SERIOUX DataVault 8GB V35" ....and i have this question with wht will help me if ill format it in NTFS ? ... i have 3 options there to format it (i've just recived this driver its new , never used , never formated) and the options are "fat32 ntfs or exfat "

Hello~ please Reply me^^ i want to format my usb but it say "window was unable to complete the format" maybe its because my volume label is empty,but how to rename it??????? when i rename it ,"The volume label is not valid,please enter a valid volume label" what shoul i do ??? save my life please^^ (bad english x.x)
