Car has random shifting issues, and has had them since day one. Every time I have my transmission worked on it keeps the original Poor Shifting issue, and adds something else like GRINDING or that COINS IN POCKET noise.

I bought a NEW 2011 Ford Fiesta SE six month ago, it was having HUGE problems with it... I took it into the dealership and I was told that they are giving me a new transmission ... SIX months of having it not even 10,000K on it and I already have to get a new transmission....

Not worth it.

I have a 2011 Ford Fiesta and before buying it I was aware of the transmission it has. You should know it is a dual-clutch automated transmission and it works completely different compared to an ordinary automatic. Every buyer can hear those noises and feel the kicks but it is normal. There is nothing wrong with the transmission more than a design consequence. Ford is aware of customer complaints but those transmissions work that way. I hope you get accustomed to it as I did.

my car has the same problem, but when i hear that noise its when the engine change gear 3 to 4, its like if the transmission slides to forth gear but i hear it every day i took it to the dealership in mexico, but they said it was normal of the transmission and my car has only 3 months new so i really don't kwow what else to do, i mean the cars goes nice and all that but the noise is always there
