...twins are nearly 6 years old. theyll be starting grade 1 soon and sarah is STILL not speaking well. she is understandable for sure but has major problems with "th" and other sounds.
one of my other daughters, matilda, who will be 5 on jan.5 is also not speaking like she should be by now. infact, shes barely audible at the best of times adn heaven help us all if she gets excited and starts talkin fast! to make matters wose for matilda,my 2 1/2 year old seems way beyond...cont...

i breastfed my twins for 5 days. A) couldnt cope mentally as i had a 3 year old aswell as my hubby's friend stayign our couch
and B) sarah(one of the twins) seemed to have probs latching on and staying on.
docs checked for tongue-tie, they said all was normal.
during the time the twins were in preschool, they both saw a speech patholigist. they always seemed more concerned with sarahs speech, tho there was never any mention of tongue tie.
