  • Great push up exercises!

    I'm not sure if you do it on the right, but your left elbow goes into some hyperextension when you're in your plank and pike position! i believe it's best to keep it at neutral so you don't stress the joint.

  • @akiramay hey there! yeah my arms are a lil weird and they naturally do that, it's like they are semi double jointed.

  • Cant wait to try these! Question though, should we exhale when going down into the push up or when coming up?

  • @bobobobobob93 sure turn on your own music! you don't have to do em slow...just do em however you can with proper form.

  • the inverted push up works great for me, but the cobra and circle hurt my lower back. any advice?

  • I always call those "cobra" push-up things "under-the-fence" push-ups :)
