How to open a wine bottle with a shoe (without a corkscrew)

No corkscrew around? No worries, use your shoe.

Step 1: Take your show off.

Step 2: Put the base/heel of wine bottle in the heel of your shoe.

Step 3: Hold neck and shoulder of bottle with one hand, and hold the bottle steady in the shoe.

Step 4: Use steady force against a sturdy wall or object. Best results against wall and not the ground.

Step 5: Once opened, let wine settle, unless you're thirsty.

Note: Make sure you keep an eye on the cork, because it will pop out if it's more than half way out. Once you have a good handle on the cork, you can pull it out yourself after getting it loose.
