  • Is it better to use Assam or Darjeeling? And do I need SFTGFOP or will OP work as well?

  • So excellent - I have Steve Cotter's videos and they are the best physical and kettlebell training methods I have ever come across regardless if you are a martial artist, boxer, athlete, or just someone who strives for better health, physique, strength, flexibility and mental health. He is, hands down, one of the best trainers/ educators/ coaches period.

  • Great exercise, very effective!! thank you for posting this!

  • tea cupped good, tea bagged bad

  • I tried this with a cup of battery acid. I am suing you.

  • Great stuff, Steve! I forwarded the IKFF email to my Crossfit instructors-we can always use better shoulder mobility, and this exercise works pretty quickly to loosen up the shoulder joint. THANKS!
