  • Inhibiting physical movement creates a rigidity that would detract from the overall quality of sound production. What a beautiful piece, and a great choir singing it!

  • @MrGeneralCow yeaaa sorry, but I simply cannot agree! movement does wonders for an ensemble's sound, tone production, freeing tension, and connecting the singers to the music and each other... pretty much any legitimate choir director would tell you that!

  • Wow! A friend sent me the link only without expectation. Tremendous. [Also, U of D is a state supported college. We have to remember how important state supported colleges are for the rest of us despite the anti-public education rhetoric. This like this choir happen at state supported universities and colleges!!!!] Lovely and thanks for the post! Sorry for the rant.

  • @chrisfj13 so true. If they did not move in some fashion, their tone as well as volume would severely suffer.

  • The only problem I see is there phisical movement.... STOP SWAYING
