why did they chance "Hell's Gate" animation????? i mean, that was the attack with which he killed aerith. in the japanes game they respect the animation, but why did they change it in the US version??why do they change things at all??? it drives me mad.

They didn't change it per se, they just added another version of it. You can either go all the way down (Aerith-killer style) or stop before you hit the ground, it's for the sake of gameplay.

Sephiroth is, in a massive amount of people's eyes, badass. He seems to be the perfect villain, no?

But he hasn't pulled off what Kefka has. Sephiroth killed maybe, a town of people. Kefka took out half (Or all? I forgot.) of the planet. Sephiroth is badass, but Kefka actually pulls off what he was planning.

Don't thumb me down because I'm saying Kefka did more than sephiroth, I respect them both.

both kefka and sephiroth are badass however it was CONFIRMED that sephiroth is the strongest villian

for kefka: he defeats you with a ray of sheer magical power manifested into light.

reason why I like kefka better than sephiroth:

kefka,is entertaining.

sephiroth,is nearly SCREAMING that he's emo and is just an overgrown momma's boy in my eyes.

kefka,mostly destroyed the world but left it in ruin.

sephiroth......just summoned a gigantic meteor that just STAYS there until the end of the game.

one thing I agree on though.

they both.have.epic.music.

@Metakaabii true, but in sephiroth's defense, Kefka didn't have to deal with awesome ppl like Vincent, or extremely lucky ppl like Cloud. now i don't know anyone from ff6, other than Kefka and Terra, but i'm pretty sure it's safe to say there's no one like them in it

everyone may believe that kefka is better than sephiroth, but who cares if kefka is better than sephiroth or vice versa who gives a sh*t!!! sephiroth is known all across the globe cuz there has been 2 games with him in it and a movie with him in it, what did kefka show his face in besides the game...?! nothing!
