even though bizkit is back together ive heard there new stuff live on youtube and gotta admit they just dont sound the same they dont sound nothing like they did back in their hay day but that happens same goes for korn alot of bands just lack the intensity and pure rawness they once had

another thing most ppl dont know at the same time on that new years, is that kid rock was djing for the party, this was before he got mtv famous lol and when lim bizkit was performing it was uncensored, but when they showed the 2nd showing it was censored, back then mtv was censoring the 2nd airing of any new years special or awards show.

i remember most of that stuff, incredible times. i remember seeing them on mtv back in 98 on the spring break when i first seen them i knew they were going to be big. there wasnt alot of mention of limb bizkit back then, you had to read zines and know friends who went to shows to know this stuff. the new years is definitely one of my fav moments and the best mtv new years imo. it was in 98 going into 99, new years.
