But I know he's getting old & just a trainer, I mean just focusing on the point thoroughly. Though I know he's not doing he's full best just showing us some basics.

I thought doing a uppercut is to "push" your shoulder forward with your fist right up the person's face or the punching bag ? What he does gives way to a person to retaliate if he miss it or someone dodges it. When he retract his hands, he should immediately put his fist up back his head again in case someone gives a hook, he's off ~

All of you need to STFU. Show some respect. This man would FUCK your ass up in under 15 seconds. He trains professionals (That's NOT you btw) and knows what he's talking about. It's all about form in the beginning. He's not trying to show power, he's executing proper technique. Once you learn technique you can put something behind it.
